Abstract

Employment problems in Indonesia can arise and continue to develop until they become complex so that they require serious, comprehensive and sustainable handling. In the development process, there will be many indications of shifts in values or rules that can be violated in its implementation. To deal with the process of shifting values and violations of rules that can occur, labor inspection is needed in an effort to prevent, maintain, and assist labor problems that are carried out effectively and efficiently so that anticipatory steps from the parties concerned can be carried out properly. The main problem in this study is how the deviations made by the company in fulfilling the rights and obligations of workers who resign voluntarily. What efforts are being made in legal protection of the rights and obligations of workers who resign from the company. How is the legal protection aspect from the government on the rights and obligations of workers who resign from the company. The research method used in this research is research: observational research which is carried out by means of a survey, namely by direct research to the research location using data collection tools in the form of interviews. And this research is descriptive, which provides a clear and detailed description of the main problem under study. The need for worker protection is to get a job and a decent living without discrimination against race, sex and gender. The same thing applies to people with disabilities and the obligation to provide rights and obligations in the form of legal protection for workers. In dealing with these problems, the workforce, which is actually one of the main engines in the spinning of the economy, is often in the hands of parties whose rights and interests are not protected. . Protection of workers can be discussed in Law No. 13 of 2013 concerning Manpower with all classifications and details for employers and workers. There must be protection of basic rights of workers. For example, social security for workers is a form of protection provided workers and their families against the various risks experienced by the workforce.
