Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of service operations strategy at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Panam Branch. This study uses primary data and secondary data with qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The sampling technique in this study used Kouta Sampling. Data collection techniques were interview and questionnaire research. The data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative analysis and is described in descriptive form. The results of this study indicate that the service operation strategy at BPJS has been effective and which is included in the best category between the two dimensions, namely in the process dimension, where in this dimension the results of the highest customer respondents are obtained from other dimensions.
