Abstract
This study aims to determine how the effect of Economic Growth and Minimum Wages Against Open Unemployment in Pekanbaru City. This study uses secondary data, namely data in the form of annual quantitative figures from 2009 to 2018, the data obtained are data that has been processed and then presented in the form of journal and archives in the relevant agencies with this research. So from that Y iana is Open Disbursement as a dependent or dependent variable, where the coefficient of Regression X1 is the Economic Growth Coefficient of -0.107 percent. This means that if Economic Growth increases by 1%, it will reduce the number of Open Countries in Pekanbaru City by 0.108%. And the value of the Regression coefficient X2 Minimum Wage Rank Coefficient is 0.775%. Furthermore, the acquisition of Simple Determination Coefficient R2 value is 69.21%. This means that 69.21% of the Total Open Disturbance in the city of Pekanbaru is influenced by Economic Growth and minimum wageswhile the remaining 31.79%
