Abstract

The discussion in research formulation questioned about was there any individual and organizational factors influence employee working motivation at PT. BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhlillah Kampar regency? The purpose in this research examined the individual and organizational factors influenced employee-working motivation at PT. BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhlillah Kampar regency. This research was a field research; the population in this research took all employee at PT. BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhlillah Kampar regency year 2020/2021. The population was in 34 employees by using total sampling. Data collection technique used questionnaire and documentation. This research used quantitative method. It used to examine the population and certain sample, data collection, it used research instrument, and data analysis used quantitative or statistical way with the purpose to examine the settle hypothesis. The influence of factors variables that influenced employee motivation at PT. BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhlillah Kampar regency showed the result in 7.1% and it meant that it had motivation level in high enough.
