Abstract

Fruit dodol agroindustry is a product processing industry Agriculture. This study aims to (1) determine the characteristics of entrepreneurs and business profile of various fruit lunkheads UD. Independent Putra in Buantan Village Greater Siak District, Siak Regency, (2) Knowing the procurement of raw materials and use of raw materials, procurement of supporting materials and use of materials support, processing technology, production processes, and use of labor in the business of various fruit lunkheads UD. Independent Putra in Buantan Besar Village Siak District, Siak Regency., (3) Analyzing production costs, income, added value, and efficiency in the business of Assorted Dodol Fruits UD. Son Independent in Buantan Besar Village, Siak District, Siak Regency. Which method used in this research is (case study method at UD. Putra Independent). The research was conducted in Buantan Besar Village, Siak District, Siak Regency Siak Mandiri starting from February 2020 to July 2021. Respondents used in this study are business owners and 5 employees family work (TKLK). The results of this study show (1) Characteristics age of entrepreneurs lunkhead fruit UD. Putra Mandiri 51 years old and average age 33.2 years including working productive age, entrepreneur education 14 years equivalent to higher education, the average workforce education is 10.2 including equivalent with high school education, 20 years of business experience in this case shows that entrepreneurs are experienced, the average workforce experience is 6.6 years, the number of dependents of the entrepreneur's family is 4 people, the average number is family dependents of 2.4 people. (2) procurement of raw materials obtained from farmers who are around Siak District, the use of raw materials is one time the production process, namely, 20 kg of pumpkin, 20 kg of jackfruit, 10 kg of durian and 10 kg of green beans, the procurement of supporting materials is obtained from the market or shops which is located in Siak District, the use of supporting materials for 20 kg pumpkin and 20 kg of jackfruit each using 20 kg of glutinous flour, 16 kg coconut milk, 40 kg granulated sugar, 1 kg fine salt, 700 kwh electricity, 1 kg plastic, 100 box wrapping box, 60 Box wrapping bag. for dodol durian and green beans each using 10 kg of glutinous rice flour, 8 kg of coconut milk, 20 kg of sugar, 0.5 kg of salt, 700 kwh of electricity, 0.5 kg of plastic, packaged boxes 60 boxes, 38 boxes, the technology used in processing are 2 small mixers and 1 small mixer, the labor force is used is 5.50 HOK (3) The highest total cost on jackfruit lunkhead is Rp. 1,758,795 /production process, the highest gross income is pumpkin lunkhead and jackfruit lunkhead Rp. 2,750,000 /production process and net income the highest in dodo pumpkin is Rp. 1,061,205 /production process, Efficiency The highest is green bean lunkhead of 1.67 things describing the business fruit dodol agroindustry in Buantan Besar Village, Siak District Siak Regency is worth working on. The highest added value obtained is green bean lunkhead Rp. 81,345 IDR/kg.
