Abstract
This research was conducted at the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Desa Buatan Baru Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak. This study aims to determine how the appropriateness of the accounting application of Business Partner cooperatives to generally accepted accounting principles. This research uses a descriptive method. Types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques used in this study are by conducting interviews and documentation. The results of this studt show that the village unit cooperative (kud) mitra usaha desa baru kerinci right district siak regency has not applie generally accepted accuting principes, does not make general journals, general ledgers,trial balances and adjusting entries, and cooperatives do not record the reports. Finance so that it needs to be refined so that the application of village unit cooperative accouting (kud) for the newly created village business unit kerinci right sub distrit siak. District can be implemented and evaluated in accordance with generally accepted accouting principles.
