Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explain how the effect of economic growth and district minimum wages on labor force participation rates in Pelalawan district. This analysis is a type of library research (Library Research) which is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis model. The data used are secondary data in the form of time series from 2009 to 2018 which were taken from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pelalawan Regency and literature related to this research. The results of the analysis show that economic growth and district minimum wages have a positive and significant effect on the level of labor force participation in Pelalawan district.
