Abstract
ABSTRACT EFFECT OF WORKLOAD AND COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. TELECOMMUNICATION WITEL RIAU MAINLAND PEKANBARU ANGGI HERMANSYA NPM: 165210932 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of workload and compensation on employee performance at PT. Telecommunications Witel Riau Mainland Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work in telecommunications. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely employees in the Asman Witel Operational Center division. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistics and spss 26. The results of this study indicate that the workload and compensation partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Telecommunications Witel Riau Mainland Pekanbaru. The most dominant variable affecting employee performance in this study is the workload variable.
