Abstract

Siak Regency is a regency in Riau province. Siak Regency is part of the Siak Sri Indrapura Sultanate. Indonesia has a long history of independence. Kerinci Kanan is the most populous sub-district in Siak Regency. Kerinci Kanan consists of several villages, one of which is Bukit Agung Village. Village financial management is carried out based on government principles, namely accountability, participation, responsiveness, and transparency, which is carried out in an orderly and budgetary discipline in order to support the creation of good governance that has the main principles of accountability in the implementation of Village Fund Allocation (ADD). ) which includes accountability, transparency and involving community participation Principles used by good governance. The implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) to realize good governance is based on the principles of accountability, participation, responsiveness, and transparency, so that the Village Fund Allocation (AAD) can be implemented according to the purpose of this research is to study how Fund Allocation Governance The village manages to realize good governance through the use of descriptive research methods with qualitative standards. The results show that Good Governance in Management Allocation (ADD) in Bukit Agung Village, Kerinci Kanan, Siak Regency, is in line with good governance. However, there are obstacles, namely inadequate apparatus resources and lack of community participation.
