Abstract
ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS PROSPECTS AND HOMESTAY LABOR ABSORPTION IN PEKANBARU CITY BY: FIRA AVIA ARIQA 175111013 (Under the guidanceof: Drs. H. Armis, M.Si) The aim of this study is to look at the market prospects and absorption of homestay employees in Pekanbaru. In this analysis were used primary data and secondary data.The descriptive approach was used to write this thesis.The findings of this study show that in Pekanbaru City, market prospects and homestay labor absorption play a role in increasing labor absorption. Based on the number of employees there are as many as 31 people employed in Pekanbaru City's ten homestays. Where the total number of employees in the 10 Pekanbaru City homestays is 3.1, this means that each homestay in Pekanbaru City will add a employees of 3or more people, which has a significant effect on the employees.
