Abstract
Research has been carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau, Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The research was conducted for 4 months starting December 2017 to March 2018. The aim of the study was to determine the interaction effect and the main influence of giving swallow manure and NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 to the kenaf plant. This study was a factorial experiment in a completely randomized design. The first factor was swallow droppings (W) which consisted of 4 treatment levels, namely 0, 150, 300 and 450 g / plant and the second factor was NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 (N): which consisted of 4 treatment levels namely 0, 7 , 5, 15 and 22.5 g / plant. The parameters observed were plant height, flowering age, harvest age, stem diameter, plant wet weight, stem wet weight and fiber dry weight. Data from the observations of each observation parameter are analyzed statistically and if the F-count is greater than the F-table, then the Honest Real Difference further test is continued at the level of 5%. The results showed that the interaction of giving swallow manure and NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 in kenaf plants significantly affected plant height, stem diameter, plant wet weight, stem wet weight and fiber dry weight. The best treatment is the dosage of 450 g / plant swallow manure and NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 15 g / plant (W3N2). The main effect of real swallow manure on plant height, flowering age, harvest age, stem diameter, plant wet weight, stem wet weight and fiber dry weight. The best treatment is the dosage of 450 g / plant swallow fertilizer (W3). The main effect of NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 fertilizer is real on plant height, flowering age, harvest age, stem diameter, plant wet weight, stem wet weight and fiber dry weight. The best treatment is the dose of NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 15 g / plant (N2).
