Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of accountability and transparency in village fund management in Kubang Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency based on Permendagri No.20 of 2018 concerning village financial management. This research uses qualitative methods. The result of this research is that Kubang Jaya Village has been Accountable and Transparent but has not been implemented optimally because the village financial kaur has not closed the general cash book at the end of each month but is only carried out at the time of making the realization report and the village head has not submitted all accountability reports on the use of village funds to the community regarding the implementation of budget activities and the team that carries out the activities, reports on the realization of activities, activities that have not been completed or not carried out, the remaining budget and complaint address but the village head only conveys to the community about the APBDES report and the report on the realization of the APBDES using billboards installed in front of the village office.
