Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload on employee performance the research was conducted with the title the effect of workload on employee performance during the covid-19 pandemic in public water companies in the tirta terubuk branch Sei. Pakning Kabuaten Bengkalis. The population of this study used 34 respondents, which were taken from all employees at the public water companies in the Tirta Terubuk branch Sei. Pakning Kabupaten Bengkalis. Data collection techniques in this study used questionaries and interviews. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression with the SPSS version 25 application tool. The result of the study show that partially the workload variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the public water companies in the Tirta Terubuk branch Sei. Akning Kabupaten Bengkalis. With t count 5,501 > t table 0,329 to while the contribution given by the workload to employee performance is 0,486 or 48,6%.
