Abstract
Drive gain is the percentage of gas that dissolves with liquid entering micromotion. Drive gain is used to confirm the presence of micromotion gas as an example of internal diagnostic application in the sensor system to detect water cut changes. From this phenomenon, problems often occur when the well test works. This problem resulted in a lack of accurate production gains due to the reading of the water cut is not accurate so that this research needs to be done to be analyzed. From the identification of this problem, one of the technologies used in determining this parameter measurement methodology is by using Coriolis Mass Flow Meter technology, which is one of the multi-phase metering system (MPFM) schemes namely MPFM Accuflow PT. Mitra Prana Abadi Sentosa (PT. MPAS). To do this work, Mobile Well Test is used by using the Accuflow Unit on the BQA field. The measurement methodology of this parameter is used based on output based calculations from the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) where data can be stored and then retrieved. Then the data will be analyzed at Well Test Report by paying attention to the behavior of drive gain gain towards the results of differences in water cut read by micromotion. The results showed that the three wells were wells B # 002, B # 045 and B # 015 the accuracy of the water cut reading based on the gain of drive gain read by micromotion where the comparison of the difference between the water cut and the drive gain value was linear. This line is based on the higher drive gain, the higher the level of trial error from the difference in water cut so that the reading of the micromotion readable water cut is less accurate. For B # 002 well in the first test the drive gain value is 13.09% with a water cut difference of 1.66% which is almost close to the limit of the accuracy of the data on micromotion (<2%). The B # 045 well in the 4th test obtained a high drive gain value of 29.5% with a water cut difference value of 3.75%. Whereas for B # 115 well on the 4th test indicated the presence of gas bubbles / foaming.
