Abstract
This research is supported by the large number of internal teachers learning does not use more specialized media, only uses blackboard or white board which is the main means of learning. there are still many teachers in learning not to use more media specifically, only using a blackboard or white board which is a means principal in learning The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze, and interpret the use of visual media used by Indonesian language teachers in Class X vocational schools in Siak Hulu District Kampar Academic Year 2018/2019. This research methodology uses descriptive method with a quantitative approach, because the data are related with the use of analyzing the use of visual media used by Indonesian language teacher at SMK Siak Hulu District, Kampar Tahun Regency Doctrine 2018/2019 is data in the form of numbers and types of research are field research. The results of the study note that the use visual media by respondent 1 (teacher 1) was 73.80% or by category good enough, the use of visual media by respondent 2 (teacher 2) was 73.52% or with a good enough category, the use of visual media by respondents 3 (teacher 3) is 75.51% or in quite good category. Based on the results research, the conclusion of this study is the use of teacher's visual media Indonesian in SMK Class X in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency 2018/2019 Academic Year is quite good. This is known from the average 74.18% or with quite good category.
