Abstract

Implementation of tasks in coordination with every government agency in the sub-district and district governments. Kecepatan sub-district is one of the sub-districts that face problems in coordination due to lack of knowledge in implementing government activities, especially the duties and functions of the sub-district head in coordinating the implementation of government activities at the sub-district level. The purpose is to find out the implementation of coordination in peace in the Kecepatan District, Rokan Hulu Regency and its obstacles. The method used is descriptive, qualitative method. The informants in this study were the Head of Sub-district, Trantibnas Section and Head of Village, Head of RW, Head of RT and Community. This study concludes that the implementation of coordination in peace in the Kecamatan Kecepatan when viewed from the dimensions and indikators has been implemented well. However, there are several things that must be improved, such as regular monitoring of the village, counseling to the village community on the importance of protecting their property, adding security personnel and adding infrastructure in the implementation of coordination for peace in Kecepatan District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The obstacles are in the form of lack of community participation, lack of awareness of community elements in maintaining their assets, lack of coordination by the District Government and the Village Government. The suggestions in this study are to the sub-district to always supervise the village on a regular basis, to add security personnel and to add security infrastructure facilities, to the village party to always coordinate and to elements of the community are expected to have a sense of participation in village siskamling activities. and have awareness of property.
