Abstract

This study aims to analyze Accountability and Transparency in the Management of Village Fund Allocations in Teluk Kanidai Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using primary data and secondary data as the types and sources of data. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that Accountability in Teluk Kanidai Village is already accountable and in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. Teluk Kanidai Village has informed the APBDesa in the form of billboards that can be seen directly by the local community. However, there are no activities on the billboards that have been carried out or have not been carried out. Teluk Kanidai Village also has not provided APBDesa information on the village's official website and there is no recording of incoming and outgoing cash on the information board so that it cannot be easily accessed by the public. So, Teluk Kanidai Village has not fully implemented the transparency system and is not in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, so there needs to be further improvement and guidance in order to realize good village governance in Teluk Kanidai Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency.
