Abstract

ABSTRACT EFFECT OF WORK DISCIPLINE AND THE WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU TENAYAN PEKANBARU DESVRITA SYAPUTRI NPM: 175210453 The purpose of this study is to determine: the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU Tenayan Pekanbaru, the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU Tenayan Pekanbaru, and the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU Tenayan Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of PT.PJB so that the entire population had the right to be used as research samples. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative analysis with data processing using SmartPLS. The results of the study explain that simultaneously work discipline and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU Tenayan Pekanbaru. The results of the study explain that work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU Tenayan Pekanbaru. And the results of the study explain that the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU Tenayan Pekanbaru.
