Abstract

Development of Electronic Book Teaching Materials (E-Books) in Accounting Subjects Service Company Materials in Class XI Accounting at SMK PGRI Pekanbaru ABSTRACT By : Melani Nur Indah Sari 176810937 The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) To determine the process of developing an electronic book (E-Book) so that it can become a product of teaching materials in accounting lessons in service company materials. (2) To determine the feasibility of teaching materials for electronic books (E-Books) in accounting lessons in service company materials. The design of this research is research and development (research and development). The development model used is the Thiagarajan 4D development model, namely (1) Define, which consists of front end analysis, student analysis, task analysis, concept analysis, and formulation of learning objectives. (2) Design, which consists of the preparation of the e-book format and the initial draft of the e-book. (3) Develop, which consists of a study by material, language and graphic experts, data analysis and e-book revision, validation of e-book teaching materials, limited trials, and feasibility of e-book teaching materials. The results of this study are the availability of teaching materials in the form of electronic books (e-books) containing material for service companies (accounting cycles) along with examples of direct application of the accounting cycle that have been valid through the validation stage and have been tested for feasibility through the trial stage.
