Abstract

Large-scale Social Restriction Research on Community Participation in the Implementation of Large-Scale Social Restriction Policies in Kampar Regency based on the Ministry of Health Regulation Number 9 of 2020 concerning PSBB Guidelines for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19. The problem in this research is that with the PSBB policy, the community's space for movement is limited, causing some activities to not be carried out, such as school holidays, workplace vacations and lack of community participation in PSBB policies, such as there are still people who do not follow the Health protocol, such as not. using a mask, public places that are still open outside the specified hours. This study aims to determine the extent to which the implementation of the Large-Scale Social Restriction Policy in the Regency. In this study using Jeff and Shah's theory, which consists of several indicators that are seen such as the level of public trust in the government, the number of people participating in development, the level of quantity and quality of input (criticism and suggestions) for development, and changes in people's attitudes to be more caring. Regarding each development step, as well as the formulation of problems in this study are: How Community Participation in the implementation of the PSBB Policy implemented by the Kampar district government and what are the obstacles in the implementation of the large-scale social restriction policy in Kampar Regency. The type of research used is quantitative, with a population of 100 people in Kampar Regency which is determined by random sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data collected through questionnaires, observation, while secondary data is collected through regulations, documentation, reports and other data obtained and then analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the implementation of the Large-Scale Social Restrictions policy in Kampar Regency results in the category of "Less Agree". It is hoped that the Kampar Regency government will be more assertive and pay attention to the community in complying with the established PSBB policy rules and also comply with the health protocol rules in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
