Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF DISCIPLINE ON WORK PRODUCTIVITY EMPLOYEES OF HARVESTS AT PT. ADEI PLANTATION & INDUSTRY IN DURI RIAU By RAMI RENA The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of discipline affects the work productivity of harvesting employees At PT. Adei Plantation & Industry in Duri Riau. The population in this study are all employees of the harvesting division of PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Duri Riau, totaling 114 employees. the sample technique used is purposive sampling. so the sample in this study is 52 people. The data analysis technique used is using multiple regression. Based on the results of the calculations above, it is known that there are Positive Influence of Discipline on Employee Work Productivity Harvester At PT. Adei Plantation & Industry in Duri Riau is 0.604 with coefficient of determination (R2) of 40.5%. Thus it is known that Discipline and Work Productivity are in the good category. Based on test The significance of the results obtained is the multiple regression equation, namely Y = 13,600 + 0.430X2 + e. This means that discipline will increase by 0.430 starting of a = 13,600 which shows that there is an influence of Discipline on Work Productivity of Harvesters at PT. Adei Plantation & Industry in Duri Riau.
