Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze how the marketing mix strategy of the barge rental PT. RBN in Pelalawan District, Pangkalan Kerinci District. The population in this study are consumers who rent this barge and the barge company. The sampling technique in this study was to use purposive sampling, which is based on the considerations and objectives of the 44 researchers. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix strategy of the barge rental of PT. The RBN in Pelalawan Regency, Pangkalan Kerinci District is already good. The highest dimension among Segmentation, Target Market, Determination of Market Position, Product, Price, Place and Promotion) is Determination of Market Position.
