Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the implementation of the VillageHead's Task in Balam Sempurna Village, Balai Jaya Subdistrict, Rokan HilirDistrict (Community Empowerment Study). Implementation evaluation indicatorsthat are used based on the Government Regulation of the Republic of IndonesiaNumber 17 Year2018 are: Implementation of kelurahan government activities,Implementation of community empowerment, Implementation of communityservices, Maintenance of peace and public order, Maintenance of public servicefacilities and infrastructure, Implementation other tasks given by the Camat, andthe implementation of other duties in accordance with the provisions of thelegislation. The theory used in this study is the implementation according toBadrudin who is related, each of which shows the goals to be achieved by anorganization. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive survey types.The sampling technique for the Kelurahan government and communityempowerment institutions uses simple random sampling techniques. is the takingof sample members from randomly selected populations where the population hasthe same opportunity to be sampled regardless of the strata that exist in thepopulation. data collection obtained directly and respondents through interviews,observation, questionnaires, documentation. To analyze the data using afrequency table and the results will be taken a decision. Based on the results thathave been done, it can be concluded that the Implementation of the Village Head'sDuty in Balam Sempurna Village, Balai Jaya Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir District(Community Empowerment Study) can be said to be Sufficiently Implemented.Suggestions that researchers can give to the Government of Balam Sempurna Kota Village should pay more attention to facilities and infrastructures in theKelurahan, improve meeting schedules and deliberations to all Kelurahan members so that they can be coordinated better every activity and program undertaken, improve performance on services provided to community, andimplement community empowerment programs that are better, more innovativeand creative for the future.
