Abstract

The fertilizer procurement agreement made by the Desa Mulia Unit Cooperative with the Mt. Arjuna Farmer Group was made verbally on the basis of trust. To avoid the possibility of violations that can affect the performance of the Cooperative, the fertilizer procurement agreement should be made in writing. Therefore, the writer is interested in conducting research on this issue with the title "Implementation of the fertilizer procurement agreement between the Desa Mulia Unit Cooperative with the Mt. Arjuna Farmer Group in Sari Makmur Village, Pangkalan District Lesung Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province ". The formulation of the problem in this study are: How is the implementation of the fertilizer procurement agreement between the Desa Mulia Unit Cooperative and the Mt. Arjuna Farmer Group in Sari Makmur Village, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province? and what are the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the fertilizer procurement agreement between the Desa Mulia Unit Cooperative and the Mt. Arjuna in Sari Makmur Village, Pangkalan Lesunng District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province? The method used in this research is Observational Research by surveying with data collection tools such as interviews. The nature of this research is descriptive, it means to make a complete and clear picture of the reality under study. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the fertilizer procurement agreement between the Desa Desa Unit Cooperative and the Mt. Arjuna in Sari Makmur Village, Pangkalan Lesung Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province is not effective, this can be seen from the presence of Farmer Group Members who do not know the contents of the agreement agreed upon. As for the inhibiting factor in the implementation of the fertilizer procurement agreement, the Chair of the Farmer Group is in breach of the agreement agreed with the Cooperative for the personal benefit of the Farmer Group and Mt. Arjuna was classified as passive in the activities organized by the Mulia Village Unit Cooperative.
