Abstract
Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out on the analysis of the application of accounting in the business of an animal feed shop in the Siak Hulu sub-district, Kampar Regency, it can be concluded that the recording is not in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting. There are two types of data used in this study which are primary data and secondary data. Both are used to obtain data and how information is needed in the preparation of the thesis, while for data collection obtained using data collection techniques with interviews, documentation and observation. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the accounting application carried out by animal feed shop entrepreneurs in the Siak Hulu sub-district is in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting. In this study, animal feed shop entrepreneurs located in the Siak Hulu sub-district, Kampar Regency, amounted to 20 animal feed shop businesses. The problem raised in this study is that the application of accounting carried out by the animal feed shop business in the Siak Hulu sub-district is in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting.
