Abstract

ABSTRACT EVALUATION OF THE DUTY OF THE PRAJA PAMONG POLICE IN ACTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF ASUSILA DEVELOPMENT IN KECAMATAN BUNGARAYA SIAK DISTRICT Winda Astari This study aims to identify any obstacles Police units of the civil service in a ban on using the building / place for sexual misconduct as well as a charm for sexual misconduct in District Bungaraya Siak. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative method . From the research that the authors conducted based on 6 indicators, the data collection technique was carried out by observation techniques, namely research carried out by taking data taken in the form of notes and documentation, by interviewing in depth using interview guidelines where the researcher held direct questions and answers with several informants related to the discussion of this research. The subjects of this research are the Head of Regional Legislation Enforcement, Head of Section of Development, Supervision and Counseling, Clerks, and Society .The results showed that the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in the prohibition of using buildings / places for immoral acts and luring to commit immoral acts in Bungaraya Subdistrict, Siak Regency is not optimal yet because there are still people who violate Siak Regency Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2007 concerning Prohibition of using buildings / premises for immoral acts and bonding to perform immoral acts in Siak district .
