Abstract
This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City, precisely at Rumbai Sharia Pawnshop Board, Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this research is to determine amount of income of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) before and after being given AR-RUM BPKB financing by Sharia Pawnshop Rumbai Pekanbaru City and also to find out the analysis of the role of AR-RUM BPKB financing by Sharia Pawnshop Rumbai pekanbaru City to increase income of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The type of data used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual quantitative figures from 2018 to 2020 and source of this data is obtained directly from Sharia Pawnshop Rumbai Pekanbaru City. This research also uses primary data, namely data on identity, total income, and other data obtained directly from respondents of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) who are given AR-RUM BPKB financing by Sharia Pawnshop Rumbai Pekanbaru City. This research uses data analysis methods with the formula gross income, formula net income, and also the formula percentage increase in income. The results of this research: 1) for the average monthly gross income of SMEs before being given AR-RUM BPKB financing by Sharia Pawnshop Rumbai Pekanbaru city known to be relatively small and for the average monthly gross income of SMEs after being given AR-RUM BPKB financing by Sharia Pawnshop Rumbai Pekanbaru city known to be increase. 2) the role of AR-RUM BPKB financing by Sharia Pawnshop Rumbai Pekanbaru City increasing income of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pekanbaru City has a percentage of 60,01 %.
