Abstract

This research is about how to handle the sexual violence of children at DP3AP2KB Pelalawan Regency. The purpose of this research is knowing how the effort to handle sexual violence case of children at Pelalawan Regency. The method use of this research is qualitative with descriptive type research method by doing interview to the key informan, and the informan in this research is the Head of the Departmen DP3AP2KB, the Hedid of UPTD-PPA, and Society Personage. Base on the result of this research is shows the effort in handle the sexual violence case of children can do as appropriate by SOP that agreed. It starts when get the society complaint, reaching victims, management case, temporary collecting, mediation, accompanying the victims and do eludication activity towards sub-district and the villages in Pelalawan Regency. But the effectiveness in doing the effort that gives to the sexual violence case of children in Pelalawan Regency did not effective enough, because of that nedds society realization towards action sexual violence case of children
