Abstract

Inclusive education is an educational service system that provides opportunities for all students with disabilities and potential intelligence or special talents to participate in learning or education within the same educational scope as students in general. Teacher skills in classroom management are very important, because by doing good classroom management, it can create a more effective learning atmosphere and foster learning motivation in students. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive relationship between classroom management and learning motivation in inclusive elementary school students. The research subjects were 208 inclusive elementary school students in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique uses Probability Sampling. The data collection method uses a class management scale compiled by Ella (2021) with a total of 23 items and a learning motivation scale of 24 items. The data analysis uses Product Moment correlation from Pearson with the results obtained showing the value of the correlation coefficient r = 0.091 with p of 0.000 (p <0.05) it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between classroom management and learning motivation, where the higher classroom management, the higher the learning motivation experienced by students, and vice versa, the lower the classroom management, the lower the learning motivation.
