Abstract

The background of this research was motivated by the low of students’ moral. While moral is an important aspect in education. Therefore, in order to improve students’ moral, parents have to instill right education such as by Islamic education communication. Based on that problem, the researcher was interested to conduct the reseach entitled The Influence of Islamic Education Communication in Family towards Students’ Moral. The formulation of the problem was is there any significant influence of Islamic Education Communication in Family towards students’ moral at Islamic Senior High School Grade X Ummatan Wasathan of Islamic Boarding School Technology Riau. The purpose of this reseach was to find out the influence of Islamic Education Communication in Family towards students’ moral at Islamic Senior High School Grade X Ummatan Wasathan of Islamic Boarding School Technology Riau. This was correlation reseach. The subjects of this reaseach were Grade X students’ from class A and B at Islamic Senior High School Ummatan Wasathan of Islamic Boarding School Technology Riau. The object was the influence of Islamic Education Communication in Family towards students’ moral at Islamic Senior High School Ummatan Wasathan of Islamic Boarding School Technology Riau. The population of this research were 44 students and all of them be the sample of this reseach. Based on the result, it was obtained there was significant influence of influence of Islamic Education Communication in Family towards students’ moral at Islamic Senior High School Grade X Ummatan Wasathan of Islamic Boarding School Technology Riau. This result was same as the data analysis from simple regression linear that obtained the significant less than 0.05 namely 0.07, thus hypothesis of this reseach was accepted. How far the influence of Islamic Education communication can be seen from pearson probility of product moment was 0.163 in the range of 0, 00 – 0, 199. It means there was significant influence of Islamic Education Communication in Family towards students’ moral at Islamic Senior High School Grade X Ummatan Wasathan of Islamic Boarding School Technology Riau which categorized into low level.
