Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment on the performance of medical personnel at Hospital Type-D Perawang. The population in this study were 71 respondents. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, the sample used was 35 respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires, literature studies and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique uses instrument test, simple linear regression, determination test and t test (partial). The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of medical personnel at Hospital Type-D Perawang.
