Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction either simultaneously or partially on employee turnover intentions at PT. Teguhkarsa Warnalestari in Siak Regency. The population of this study consisted of all employees of the Office of PT. Teguhkarsa Wanalestari in the field of plantations in 2021, totaling 573 employees. The number of samples taken using the purposive sampling method, the samples taken were 65 people. Types and sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires. To analyze the data using descriptive method. From the results of the study, it was found that Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction had a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on the Turnover Intention of employees. In addition, the independent variable shows a negative direction towards the dependent variable, which means that the increasing factors of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction will decrease Turnover Intention, and vice versa
