Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty at the chicken shop Penyet Gopek Jl. Pekanbaru rambutan. The population in this study were all consumers or visitors who bought Ayam Penyet Gopek. The sampling technique in this study used purposive and accidental sampling techniques and determination using the slovin formula totaling 100 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or a questionnaire and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Warung Ayam Penyet Gopek Jl. Rambutan in Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the influence of satisfaction on loyalty is 60.8%, meaning that satisfaction has a strong enough effect on customer loyalty at Warung Ayam Penyet Gopek Jl. Rambutan in Pekanbaru.
