Abstract
XX well is the oil discovery well found in 2005 and will begin production in 2018 and perforation holes will be added at a depth of 1237 - 1243 m, after adding the perforation hole the completion will be input into the well so that the oil can be production to the surface. To add completion, several things must be calculated and planned properly, such as tubing size, type of tubing and its conection and pressure drop, so that the desired production results are achieved and there are no obstacles when completion of installation is done. Based on the results of calculations that have been done, getting from the results of the tubing completion design chosen based on tubing performance is tubing with the size of OD = 3 inch, ID = 2.441 inch, OD Coupling = 4.5 inch, Weight = 6.5 lb / ft , grade = J55, and axial load that will be received by the well head is 37,2481 N / inch2.
