Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how to Evaluation Of The Tasks of Village Facilitators In Mentoring Rural Area DevelopmentsIn Sebele Village Belat District Karimun Regency, Indicator used in this study include Input, Process, Output, and Outcomes. This study used descriptive quantitative research, relationship, which prioritizes questionnaire responses as an instrument to collect data which is then used as the main materials to analyze the empirical and objectivity of the research site. The population and samples in this study were 20 respondents. Types and souches of data in this study include primary and secondary data. Data collections techniques in this study is by way of Observation, Questionnaires, Interviews, and Documentation. There is a conclusion from this research that Evaluation Of The Tasks of Village Facilitators In Mentoring Rural Area DevelopmentsIn Sebele Village Belat District Karimun Regency GOOD ENOUGH. It can be seen from the coordination carriedout between villages and village assistants, every activity and program carried out is always through deliberation from the beginning of the activity to the end to the goals of development.
