Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer experience and EWom on repurchase intention on skincare products Nature Republic aloe vera 92% shooting gel on management students of the Islamic University of Riau. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 22. The samples used in this study were students of management at the Islamic University of Riau. By using Roscoe's opinion. The results of this study indicate that based on the respondents' responses to the positive and significant effect on repurchase intention on skincare products, Nature Republic aloe vera 92% shooting gel. it can be seen from the value of customer experience with t count > t table, E-Wom with t count > t table so that customer experience and E-Wom can increase repurchase intention on skincare products.
