Abstract

UP2K program is an effort to improve family welfare which was formed as a means to improve development activities primarily in poverty alleviation which is reflected by improved economic conditions of the family, because without good economic conditions it is difficult for families to improve their quality of life. The UP2K program is aimed at women and is only prioritized for those who are less able or lack of capital to open or develop their businesses, so that they are able to increase their income. The main problem in this research is how the implementation of the UP2K Program in Kinali Village, Kuantan Mudik Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency and also how Legal Efforts for Creditors if Wan Debtor achievements in UP2K Program implementation in Kinali Village, Kuantan Mudik Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi District. This study uses an observational research or sociology approach through field research to collect primary and secondary data obtained from respondents through interviews to be used as data / information in this paper that serves as a support to identify problems in the community. That the Family Income Improvement Business Program (UP2K) which in its implementation is oriented towards increasing the income of disadvantaged communities, especially women, is expected by the UP2K program in Kenali Village, Kuantan Mudik Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency which is expected that the beneficiary community will be able to increase income and their welfare, because the income received by someone is one of the benchmarks that can describe a person's level of welfare. Because what is meant by prosperity is free from poverty. That public awareness is needed especially members of UP2K to maximize the potential opportunities provided by the Government through money loans through UP2K so that it will thus become an effective supra structure for women to play a role and prove their quality and capacity as people who can take part in the economic sector in particular and other sectors of life in general.
