Abstract
This study aims to determine the services of PT Pos Indonesia which is an expedition service owned by a BUMN. The problem raised in this study is about the delivery from PT Pos Indonesia which is less than optimal and does not have a guarantee of safe and fast delivery of goods. This type of research is which prioritizes a list of interviews as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectivis at the location studied. The key informants in this stufy were the head of warehouse PT. Pos Indonesia, and also the Bureau of Human Resources and Society as customers of PT. Indonesian post. Withdrawal technique for key informants uses a purposive sampling technique, while for informants, the author uses snowball sampling. The types and techniques of data collection used consisted of, primary data collected using the interview list technique and secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is the Cresswell theory. Based on this analysis technique, the author assesses and concludes that the Indonesian Postal Service is not optimal enough.
