Abstract
This study aims to see the relationship between Self-Efficacy and Career Decision Making in students. The subjects of this study were 114 students of the Insan Madani Airmolek Teacher Training School (STKIP) of Pasir Turtle District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Sampling in this study using the Non Probability Sampling method with the saturated sample technique method. The data collection used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of a self-efficacy scale of 9 items and a career decision-making scale of 26 items. Based on the statistical analysis of the Spearman Rank Order, it is known that the correlation value is Rxy = 0.066, p> 0.05, it is concluded that the hypothesis in this study is rejected, that is, there is no relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making in students. For further researchers, it is expected to use other variables and different subjects so that there is a significant relationship between variables.
