Abstract

ABSTRACT COMPETENCY ANALYSIS OF LECTURERS FACULTY OF ECONOMIC AND BUSINESS RIAU ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY FARAS KAUSAR NPM : 165210866 The purpose of this study was to determine the competency analysis of lecturers at the faculty of Economic and Business Riau Islamic University. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and business, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru, Marpoyan District. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people using the purposive method. The data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The Results of the research hypothesis testing explained that the competence of lecturers in the faculty of economics and business at the Islamic University of Riau was good and competent
