Abstract

ABSTRACT Regency and City Governments are expected to be the spearhead in the implementation of services to the community in the regions. The spirit of regional autonomy is basically an effort to make local governments independent in carrying out and carrying out government tasks, development and community empowerment in the regions. For this reason, the Regional Government must always be responsive in responding to and responding to the needs and desires of the community. With the implementation of regional autonomy, it is hoped that services to the community can be carried out quickly, precisely, and cheaper. So that the author is interested in writing a thesis with the title "Functions of Administrative Law in an effort to implement a good and authoritative Government towards Clean Government (Study of Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City)". Based on the existing background, the main problems in this study are: How is the Function of Administrative Law in the Implementation of a good and authoritative Government towards Clean Government (Study of Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City?. How are Administrative Law efforts in good and authoritative Government Administration towards Clean Government (Study of Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City? This research method is normative legal research in the form of observation research studies by means of surveys because the author wants to discuss the document, namely the function of administrative law in an effort to carry out good and authoritative government towards clean government. The results of the study are that the Tenayan Raya District Government performs the Administrative Law Function in good and authoritative Government Administration towards Clean Government, because in providing services to the community it always refers to the applicable laws in providing services to the community regardless of race, ethnicity, religion. , gender, without any other charges. The bureaucracy that has been carried out by the Tenayan Raya Camat has attempted to carry out Administrative Law in good and authoritative Government Administration towards Clean Government in order to provide services and there are no levies within the Tenayan Raya Camat. As well as the staff and employees providing support to the sub-district head in providing services and realizing that corruption, nepotism, collusion are not good in government.
