Abstract
This study aims to determine the interaction test of the effect of eco-enzyme and vermicompost on the growth and yield of celery (Apium graveolens L.). The experimental design used in this study was a factorial completely randomized design consisting of two factors. The first factor is the administration of Eco-enzyme (W) with 4 levels: 0 ml/l water, 10 ml/l water, 20 ml/l water, 30 ml/l water and the second factor is the administration of Vermicompost (V) with 4 levels: 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%. Parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of tillers (stalk), number of leaf midrib (stem), wet weight per clump (g), root volume (cm3) and the ratio of crown/root. Observational data were analyzed statistically and continued with the BNJ further test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction between Eco-enzyme and Vermicompost had a significant effect on plant height (cm), number of tillers (stalk), number of leaf midrib (stem), wet weight per clump (g), root volume (cm3) and crown ratio. /root. The best treatment was found in the combination of Eco-enzyme 30 ml/l water and 30% Vermicompost (W3V3). The main effect of Eco-enzyme concentration was significant on all observation parameters, with the best treatment being W3 = 30 ml/l water (W3). The main effect of Vermicompost was real on all observation parameters, with the best treatment being 30% (V3).
