Abstract

Buying and selling is an activity of exchanging that results in the transfer of ownership rights, and it can be interrupted by agreements, such as words or treatment. In buying and selling activities there are always conditions that are determined by the parties and one party usually proposes one or more of the conditions to be submitted. Therefore, the conditions of what is said to be valid and the terms of what is invalid must be known. As the buying and selling activities carried out in the village of Hot Water in reality in conducting buying and selling where there are defects in the object of sale and purchase, in this activity the sellers add substances other than rubber latex. The main problem in this research is how the implementation of buying and selling rubber latex (Kompo)in Air Panas Village is reviewed according to Islamic law and what are the factors that influence the sale and purchase of rubber latex (Kompo) with the addition of other substances in the village of Air Panas Pendalian District IV Koto Rokan Hulu Regency. This research can be classified as observational research by survey. The nature of this research is descriptive which illustrates the facts studied in the field. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The implementation of buying and selling rubber latex in Desa Air Panas Pendalian IV Subdistrict of Koto in Rokan Hulu Regency, some farmers added land to the rubber sap, the condition was called gharar because there was an element of fraud on the object of buying and selling. the sale and purchase of rubber latex with the addition of this other substance is called al-Ghasyysyi sale, that is, buying and selling of goods that contain elements of plaque and causing losses for the buyer. economy, habits and very minimal knowledge about the actions carried out.
