Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explain the community satisfaction index at the Kampa sub-district office, Kampar district. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative method in which public opinion is assessed from a questionnaire filled out to ask the community satisfaction index in accordance with PERMENPAN number 14 of 2017. The location of this research was conducted at the Kampa District Office, Kampar Regency. Data collection techniques in this study were by means of observation, filling out questionnaires, and documentation. After the data and information were obtained by the author, then an analysis and grouping of the results from the questionnaire answered by the community was carried out so that it could be calculated in accordance with PERMENPAN number 14 of 2017 using a predetermined formula to calculate the IKM value. Based on information obtained in the IKM survey field at the Kampa District Office, it has not been carried out for 2021.
