Abstract
The purpose of this title research is to find out the process of preparing financial reports in the village of Rokan IV Koto District Rokan Hulu General Principles. In this study researchers collected data using primary and secondary data types. Primary data is by direct interview and documentation while secondary data is done indirectly through various sources related to this research. As for the problems in this study the Tibawan Village office does not make incoming or outgoing cash into ledgers, does not present a trial balance, and no adjustments are made to inventory, and fixed assets are not depreciated.
