Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the efforts to improve the long service skills of badminton games through the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) learning model for Class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Bagan Sinembah. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of this study amounted to 15 people. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the value of student learning completeness. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that through the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) learning model can improve long service badminton learning outcomes in class X SMA Negeri 2 Bagan Sinembah completeness in the first cycle of 53.33% while in the second cycle of 86.67% .
