Abstract
The learning devices used by teachers in learning activities do not lead learners to solve problems, teachers still use lecture methods and learners are required to put forward Islamic character, so it is necessary to develop PBL-based learning tools with Islamic character. The purpose of this research is to produce a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) with a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model integrated islamic character in class VII social arithmetic material that is tested valid. This research uses the ADDIE model with analysis, design, development, and evaluation. These research data collection instruments are rpp validation sheets, and LKPD validation sheets. The data collection technique used is a non-test technique in the form of questionnaires. The results of validation analysis for research by three validators obtained an average validation of each RPP from each validator of 100% for aspects of subject identity and RPP components using the Guttman scale and 86.81% for aspects of indicators and formulation of learning objectives, learning materials, learning models, learning activities and languages using likert scales both with "very valid" criteria. The average validation of each LKPD from each validator is 91.67% for the completeness aspect of the LKPD format using the Guttman scale with the criteria "very valid" and 73.56% for the feasibility aspect of LKPD content and presentation feasibility using the likert scale with "valid" criteria. From the results of the research obtained the development of problem based learning devices (PBL) integrated Islamic character in social arithmetic material class VII MTs Al-Muttaqin Pekanbaru has been tested for validity.
