Abstract

This role aims to find out the Village Head's Role in Guiding Neighbors and Citizen Associations in Pangkalan Kerinci sub-district, Pangkalan Kerinci Subdistrict, Pelalawan District, especially in Neighborhood Groups and Community Groups. especially the Neighborhood Association and the Pillars of Citizens, referring to the research formulation, it can be seen that the data and information to be collected through the Survey are used as a basis for describing each variable. Therefore this type of research can be included in the classification of the "Descriptive Survey" type. With the quantitative method, in this study sample sampling was done by census technique and random sampling for census techniques carried out at the village head, members of the neighborhood unit and community groups, data analysis was done by collecting data obtained through respondents, then grouped by type and data source, Next, the data was collected in the form of tebel then analyzed quantitatively, it was known that the Village Head's Role in Guiding the Neighborhood and Pillars of Citizens in the KelurahanPangkalanKerinci, Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency can be categorized as having a role in carrying out this role. fostering the Neighborhood Unit and the Pillars of Citizens, among others: the incomprehension of instructions given by the Lurah to social institutions due to the lack of understanding of the members of the existing institutions, the unavailability of special funds to help li and make a guidebook / literature for the RukunWarga and RukunTetangga because this literature is very important to carry out their duties.
