Abstract

The level of physical condition of fc Garuda athletes sman1 Kuantan homecoming kuansing regency. This study aims to determine the level of physical condition of fc Garuda athletes SMAN1 Kuantan homecoming kuansing district. the method used is the survey method. The subjects of this study were 20 athletes from Garuda Indonesia. The instrument used was leg leg muscle strength, abdominal muscle power, leg muscle power, 60 meter running, agility, running 15 minutes, the analysis technique used was pouring frequencies in the form of percentage. the results of this study indicate that the level of physical condition of fc Garuda athletes is good, with consideration of the highest frequency in the perfect category or 0%. the physical condition level of fc Garuda athletes is categorized as good once with 1 athlete or 5%. the level of physical condition fc Garuda athletes are categorized as good with 13 athletes 65%. the physical condition level of fc Garuda athletes that are categorized enough with 6 athletes or 30%, and the level, physical condition of the fc Garuda athletes that are categorized less there is no 0%.
