Abstract

Work productivity is a way to measure the quality and quantity of services from a worker or workforce at a time to get the desired work performance and work results more effectively and efficiently. Work motivation is a psychological encouragement to someone who determines the direction of behavior, level of effort, and resilience in the face of a problem. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on work productivity. The subjects in this study were 72 people who were selected using the saturated sample technique. In this study, the data collection tool is a work motivation scale consisting of 86 items compiled by Febrialdi (2018) and a work productivity scale consisting of 42 items compiled by Wenny (2015) which has been modified by researchers. The analysis used is simple regression. According to the results of the research that has been done, it is known that F 11,082 with a significance level of 0.002. Therefore, there is an influence between work motivation and work productivity on employees at the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services which shows significant results.
